We have two types of heating fuel deliveries: Automatic Delivery and Will Call Delivery.

We use fuel that is low in sulfur content, therefore better and safer for the environment.  This fuel also burns cleaner in your heating equipment, reducing the number of service calls that may be related to your fuel.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Automatic Delivery

S. W. Rawls, Inc. will come to your home and fill your tank using our automatic delivery method based on "degree days."  This is a computer-driven system that tells us in advance when you will need more fuel.  Our automatic delivery schedule policy will give you priority over our other customers.  We know days in advance when you will need a delivery and work it into our schedule for your area.

Some advantages of automatic delivery:

• You do not need to keep track of your delivery schedule.
• You do not have to remember to call and order your fuel.
• We will not let you run out of fuel.

If for some reason we let you run out of fuel, we will credit your account in the amount of $50.00 and pay for you to get your heating equipment running again.

Will Call Delivery

Customers who choose the will call option need to call us to place an order for fuel oil.  Will call customers can expect to receive their fuel within two business days.  There is a minimum delivery of 100 gallons, and after-hours deliveries incur a service fee of $100.00.



ACCOUNT & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Customers with an open account will receive a discount of $.05 per gallon if payment is made within seven days of delivery.  Our driver will leave a copy of your delivery ticket with you after delivery, and this will serve as your invoice.  You must have a signed credit application on file with us and be approved by our credit department.

Monthly Budget Plan

Customers that have received fuel oil deliveries for at least a year may be eligible for our monthly budget plan.  This convenient system keeps payments smaller and more manageable, and no finance charges accrue on past due accounts.  An approved credit application is necessary for this payment method.  Please call to have us send you one, or you may download the form from this website.   

The budget season begins with the September payment.  Adjustments may be made around February or March if fuel prices and/or your fuel usage change significantly.  A 5% cash discount on total gallons purchased is issued with the last statement of the year.  Final payment is due by August 25th.

If you have a service contract with us, you can add that to your budget payment as well.
