We also employ office and maintenance staff, fuel truck drivers, and HVAC technicians. Fuel truck drivers must have a Class B Commercial Driver's License and HazMat endorsement, be able to work long hours during the heating season and be willing to work in other departments during the non-heating season. HVAC service technicians must have five years experience, CFC certification, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be willing to work after hours. HVAC install technicians must have five years experience, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and either a Master's or Journeyman's license.
